He has most recently focused on developing fitness programs and has been the driving force behind Hip Hop Abs, Rocking Body, Fit Kids Club and the Insanity program series.

The Insanity Deluxe fitness program was produced by Beachbody, a company that provides a wide array of at-home DVD-based fitness programs.

The intent of fitness programs created by Beachbody are to provide their customers with a solid fitness routine directed towards achieving weight loss, improving overall body strength and lean muscle mass, and living a healthier and more fit life.
